No complaints whatsoever, the hotel exceeded all expectations. Every detail of this gorgeous property was first-class. The venue was in a central location near the main boulevard opposite the marina serving Mexican. Also, it was 10 min drive from Mary's Shell. The staff was consistently courteous, they showed us what great service is supposed to be like. The breakfast was nice hot and reasonably good and the downstairs bar was a plus.

We didn't want to leave and would come here again, enjoyed the city and hotel. Had real good stay on a business trip. Perfect central location near resturants, the main boulevard, and shops, restaurants and the old town. Moreover, it was 3 km from Genting Casino Blackpool. We had a pretty nice bedroom.

Perfect and excellent location, it was not far from tourist places like Alicante where customers have plenty of hotels to choose from, and town centre, tram station, train station, bus station. The breakfast in the morning was rich and excellent and complete with juice, pastries, gluten free diet.
The breakfast was overpriced, unfortunately.

The location was relatively quiet, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from El Corte Ingles Alicante. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were professional. Everything was really beautiful, though a few employees were busy.
